At Held Heart Healing, I offer parent coaching to help you work with your kids and teens during difficult times. I provide support and guidance to help you learn and practice tools to address problem behaviors, big emotions, transitions, conflict, depression and low self-esteem, academic issues, and coping with life's challenges. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance in order to receive a reimbursement.
