* Note: If you are a new client, please book a free consultation before booking any other service. At Held Heart Healing, I offer family therapy that is tailored to the unique needs of your family. We'll work collaboratively to identify and address the areas of your family life that need attention and create a plan to move your family towards the goals we identify together. With a focus on trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches, I provide psychotherapy for any configuration of family members and of any age. Let's start the journey of healing and growth together.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance in order to receive a reimbursement.
